For our innovative client company, developing and distributing a sophisticated software for unified commerce, we are looking for a talented, energetic and result-driven Account Executive.
• Proficiently use tools (DBs, marketing automation, Linkedin,... ), personal network, and account-based marketing tactics to identify and research accounts and understand their needs
• Plan and execute communications to generate interest and continuously follow-up
• Identify and qualify accounts’ needs, budget, timelines, pain-points, and decision making process
• Identify and build relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts, reinforcing product positioning and positively influencing the buying cycle
• Own and govern your personal sales pipeline, performing relevant follow-ups,
nurturing, presentations, pitches, negotiation, till successful closed won business
• Prepare presentations and proposals as relevant for the prospects and opportunities
• Seek and leverage support to increase reach and selling opportunities on selected accounts
• Collaborate with colleagues from the product team as required to move opportunities in the funnel
• Collaborate with the team to prepare marketing collaterals to help securing meetings and closing business
• As the team grows, contribute to team’s growth and mentorship
• Strong understanding and interest in e-commerce, retail, and order management solutions
• 3+ years experience as a Business Development Representative, Account Executive or similar, closing complex, enterprise, Software as a Service (SaaS) deals
• Mastering account-based marketing concepts and B2B sales technique, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and, optionally, analytics or BI tools for reporting
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Curious, self-starter, pro-active attitude and willingness to learn
MANDATORY: Fluent English (at least C1 Level) and Italian.
Mendrisio (CH). Remote working option, as permitted by Swiss laws and regulations.
